Welcome address
On behalf of the Center for EUVL, Laboratory of Advanced Science and Technology for Industry, University of Hyogo, and Optical Design Laboratory, Tokyo Polytechnic University, we invite you to attend the International Conference on Physics of X-Ray and Neutron Multilayer Structures (PXRNMS) 2023.
This conference follows the fruitful PXRNMS 2018 organized by the colleagues of the Laboratoire Charles Fabry, Institut d'Optique Graduate School and the Laboratoire de Chimie Physique - Matiere et Rayonnement, Sorbonne Universite and CNRS, as well as the former PXRMS conferences that were successfully organized for many years.
We gladly invite graduate students, young researchers, and senior scientists, both from academia and industry to participate, so please mark your calendars. PXRNMS in 2020 cannot be held because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we are very glad to announce the PXRNMS 2023.
We wish you a productive Workshop and a pleasant stay in Himeji Japan.
Takeo Watanabe
Director of Center for EUV Lithography, LASTI, University of Hyogo
